Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in managing all sales activities at our dealership. You will engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide detailed product information to guide purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and perform needs analysis regarding vehicle make, type, and features.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and on the road.
  • Research vehicle models and available options using the dealership’s database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices and financing or leasing terms.
  • Conduct visual inspections of inventory on the lot.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle features.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
